Locker and Instrument Rentals

Lockers are available free of charge on a semester-by-semester basis and reserved through the music office (804-289-8277). A combination lock is provided; this lock must be utilized for security and departmental access purposes. Lockers are located in the basement of Booker Hall of Music (Bldg. #38), in a variety of sizes and capacity.

Instrument Rentals. In addition, a number of instruments comprise the department's inventory – clarinets, saxophones, English horns, French horns, violins, euphoniums, guitars, piccolos, dulcimers, cellos, string bass, tubas, oboes, recorders, bassoons, trombones, banjos, and mandolin. While all are available to rent for $30 per semester, priority is given to students currently in private lessons and/or in a department-sponsored instrumental ensemble. Rentals are arranged through the music office. Guitars are also available to rent through Harrison Music (call Eric at 804-740-2644).
