Instrument Storage Lockers

Instrument storage lockers of varying sizes are available on the basement level of Booker Hall on a semester-by-semester basis. To request a storage locker, complete and submit the online request form found here. If your request is approved, you will be contacted by the Music Department’s Administrative Coordinator with your assigned locker number and the combination for its lock. Priority is given to music majors/minors and students registered for MSAP and MSEN courses. You may not use a personal lock on any Music Department locker and there is no fee to use a locker.

Instrument Loans

A number of instruments are available for no-fee student loan on a semester-by-semester basis. To request the use of a university-owned instrument for the semester, please complete and submit the online request form found here. If approved to borrow an instrument, the Music Department’s Administrative Coordinator will contact you with all necessary information. Students must be registered in an MUS-MSEN-MSAP course to be approved for an instrument loan. There is no fee for borrowing a university-owned instrument.

Please note: under no circumstance should a university-owned instrument be taken off campus unless permission has been given to do so by the Music Department chairperson or another member of the Music faculty.
